RACE 3 NO.6 RINGERDINGDING

RINGERDINGDING signalled that he is close to another win with a fast finishing third behind CHARGE in the Red Anchor Stakes (1200m) at Moonee Valley on October 27 and looks a strong winning chance when he contests the VRC Springtime Stakes (1400m). The son of Sebring responded well to the re-application of blinkers and only needs to reproduce a similar run to prove hard to beat here. He will appreciate stepping up in distance and can provide leading trainer Darren Weir another carnival winner.

RACE 5 NO.7 JAAMEH

Whilst JAAMEH didn’t earn a spot in last Tuesday’s Melbourne Cup, he looks ideally placed for a good consolation when he runs in the Queen Elizabeth Stakes (2600m). The Hayes/ Dabernig trained gelding performs well at Flemington and comes off a brave 3^rd behind subsequent Melbourne Cup placegetter A PRINCE OF ARRAN in last Saturday’s Lexus Stakes (2500m) at Flemington on November 3. That’s the right form for this race and he appeals as the best bet of the day.

RACE 8 NO.3 BLAIR HOUSE

International visitor BLAIR HOUSE has enjoyed a fruitful Australian campaign and can top it off with a win in the Mackinnon Stakes (2000m). The Charlie Appleby trained gelding ran a luckless 4^th behind HOMESMAN in the Underwood Stakes (1800m) at Caulfield on September 30 before a grand 2^nd behind subsequent Cox Plate runner up BENBATL in the Caulfield Stakes (2000m) on October 13. That is an irresistible formline for this race and he appeals as a good bet.
