Chris Nelson’s Rosehill Best Bets Posted on June 1, 2018June 1, 2018 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Best Bets RACE 1 No.9 Galina Team Snowden youngster who has really only had even luck at one of her three starts when a beating all bar the winner first up here on Anzac Day, the winner on that occasion was the stablemate Eawase who looked the goods winning again next time out at Doomben. The runs either side from this filly have been luckless and she did look a good thing beaten last time. Looks set to make amends tomorrow. RACE 5 No.8 Goathland Ex Lloyd Williams owned stayer who resumed for Kim Waugh also on Anzac Day winning here over 1800m. Up to Doomben next start he saw more of the outside rail then the inside when well down the track in a definite forgivable performance. He’s still on a Brisbane Cup campaign suggesting he’ll need to run well tomorrow and I think he will. From that inside gate there’s no chance of a similar hard luck story this time around. SuperPick - Race 5 No. 8 Goathland - Win Boost RACE 8 No.7 Special Missile Absolutely busting to win a race and he’ll get his chance again tomorrow drawing a perfect gate for Brenton Avdulla. Missed out in a deceptive photo finish last time out when everybody thought he’d got the bob in however it wasn’t the case and he had to settle for yet another minor placing. Great record here at this track and dropping in the weights should see him get home…finally!
