He looked the goods on debut running away from his rivals before beaten just under 2 lengths at his only other run when caught wide throughout from a poor draw. He’s been readied for tomorrow’s return with two barrier trials winning both in good style. Perfectly drawn and ready to go first up!

RACE 4 No.10 Criaderas

Very promising galloper from the Godolphin camp who resumes from a break tomorrow. We know him well, he’s a once dimensional type who has no early speed usually parking last in the run before unwinding a huge finishing burst. In his 8 starts to date he’s clocked the fastest last 200m on 7 occasions, the time he didn’t he missed the start 3-4 lengths. Unbeaten fresh look for him to be motoring to the line.

RACE 6 No.6 Verry Elleegant

Reigning Caulfield Cup winner who put in a top first up performance in the Apollo hitting her straps strongly over the final 100m of the 1400m contest. The step up to the mile tomorrow will suit her down to the ground and with just enough tempo in the race she’s going to prove tough to hold out. Any rain (has been forecast) will only enhance her chances.
