NO SAY IN IT was far from disgraced first-up against handy enough opposition. Backing up off 7 day and should get the right run. TOUCH OF SILVER needs the pace on and may get it here. SEE ME SIZZLE is racing consistently from the front. CHASING CHAOS next best.

LA MOULINE ran a career best last start charging late to nab Wrinkly. She is a live chance of rolling the more favoured Peters runner. ROYAL STAR has come up mighty short for a mare carrying a massive weight on a hot day. NEW TIME should get leading conditions to suit and he thrives on racing. BASS STRAIT best of the rest.

RAGAZZO D’ORO has contested two hot form races so far this preparation. Should box seat from the gun draw and go very close. BOLD SUCCESS ran an eye catcher from well off the pace last start but steps up sharply in trip. CRANKY DANCER is a query at the trip but racing well. KING OF WU broke through for a deserved win last time out.

CUANZO is yet to win at 1000m in his career but there should be sufficient pace in this race for him to get over them down the outside. Racing very well this preparation. THE RIVER looks the obvious on paper after an impressive first-up win. UNIVERSAL MOON is drawn inside Tenterden and looks like turning the tables. I AM INCREDIBLE is as honest as they come.

EMERALD ROSE was arguably a more impressive run than Fairtrusive last start and there is a big market discrepancy between the pair. FIRE AND RAIN comes from that same race and will sharpen up with blinkers. FAIRTRUSIVE looks a progressive type. NEMIROFF has trialed well on both occasions.

RUSSIAN RIVER is ultra consistent and with the pace on will have something in the tank at the finish. Should position up midfield with cover and get his chance. RIKKI TIKKI TAVI has a short sharp sprint which looks suited to being tucked away midfield for the provincial prince. RIVER DANCE put on a clinic at Geraldton and looks likely to cross to the top. FINANCE is on the improve.

Race 7

ROCK MAGIC does his best work at Ascot when traveling into his races three wide with cover and that is exactly where he maps to be here. STATE SOLICITOR continues to improve with racing and whilst this is his hardest test to date he is drawn perfectly. DURENDAL should lob leaders back and gets a soft run. DREAM LIFTER is the forgotten horse in the field and at his best could surprise a few of these.

Race 8

ENTRECHAT is in the twilight of her career but her efforts behind Trap for Fools have been excellent and that is easily the best staying form in the State at present. COULEUR BIZARRE could lead this field if the emergency doesn’t get start. REVEILLE has always raced like this sort of trip would suit. BORN BLUE will win another one of these races sooner rather than later.
