Mandurah Friday, 13th September 2019

Race 7 – No. 1  Westdale Prince

Racing with real purpose over the 405m, winning 4 of his last 6, all in robust times. Drawn ideally for his first run over 490m since December and should give it a real shake.

Race 8 – No. 7  West On Holly

Better suited over longer but she will be strong at the finish and should have room to move out wide. Hard to hold out if settling in the first half of the field.

Race 10 – No. 1  Laptop Guru

Handy beginner who ran a career best of 27.79 in defeat on Tuesday when 2^nd throughout to Flake Monelli. Drawn to race prominently throughout again and can prevail if he pinches a big enough break early.

Race 9 – No. 1  Atlantic Li

Will appreciate her favourite draw and while she finds this company on her limit, can cause the upset if her more fancied rivals find early trouble.

Race 5 – No. 1  Eighty Eight

The class chaser who has the early speed to hold the front and if he does so from the perfect draw, he’ll take a power of running down.

Race 8 – No. 1  Wise Ricciardo

Won’t know himself in red, having not drawn the rails since finishing 2^nd over 600m in April. Recent form has been ordinary but is expected to find plenty of improvement.

Race 6 – No. 8  Chomp Monelli

Has been ultra consistent, only missing the place once in 6 starts. His most recent win was in 30.28 from this draw and the small field helps his cause.

Race 3 – No. 3  Starter Up

A winner in her only start over this trip and although the time wasn’t impressive, she did lead all the way and can give plenty of cheek out in front again.
