The Scout: Sunday NBA Best Bets Posted on April 24, 2021April 24, 2021 | Posted by The Scout Philadelphia 76ers @ Milwaukee Bucks These teams met just two days ago with the Bucks coming away with a comfortable 124-117 victory. Milwaukee’s shooters were outstanding hitting 20 of their 40 three point attempts. Giannis was his dominant self (27-16-6), Jrue Holiday had 12 points and 11 assists, Khris Middleton chimed in with 24 points, while Bobby Portis had 23 points off the bench. It was a complete team effort. Philadelphia struggled to contain the run and gun offense of Milwaukee, and their double teaming of Giannis led to open looks for Middleton Portis and co. There’s no answer for Giannis when he plays like this and I’m backing the supporting cast to deliver again. Suggested Bet: Milwaukee (Margin 1-10) @ $2.65* Toronto Raptors @ New York Knicks Two form teams with the Toronto Raptors (25-34) having won four straight and the Knicks (33-27) winning their last eight. The Knicks have been the surprise team of the season sitting fourth in the Eastern Conference. Julius Randle has been at the forefront for New York, playing himself into the MVP conversation, averaging 28 points 9 rebounds and 7 assists over his last 10 games. Randle has become borderline unguardable with the addition of a deadly three-point shot. He comes into this game off the back of a 40 point game against Atlanta, and 33ppg over his last five games. Suggested Bet: Julius Randle 30+ Points @ $2.50* Utah Jazz @ Minnesota Timberwolves The Utah Jazz (44-15) are the top team in the West and have won four of their last five while the Timberwolves (16-44) sit at 14th in the conference. Despite welcoming back D’Angelo Russell, the Timberwolves are just not a good side. They have not had enough minutes with their starting five and it shows. The Jazz are the exact opposite, with no major injuries and the same core as last season. The Jazz average 16.8 made threes per game (the most in the NBA) are are coming off wins over Houston and the Lakers boasting a combined winning margin of 36 points. Suggested Bet: Utah 11+ (Margin) @ $1.58* *Odds correct as at 2pm, 24th April 2021. Market Market
