Chris’s Rosehill Rundown Posted on June 17, 2016June 20, 2016 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 1 No. 5 Foxplay Foxwedge filly from the Chris Waller stable who resumed with a solid finishing effort at Warwick Farm recently over slightly less than the 1350m distance of tomorrow’s race. She’ll no doubt strip a lot fitter for the run and importantly that first up run was on soft ground which is very likely to be the rating tomorrow with rain in the forecast. Looks a good way to start the day. RACE 6 No. 3 Better Not Blue Kembla Grange trained gelding who hasn’t been too far away all 4 starts this campaign and does look quite well placed tomorrow. Finished less than 4 lengths from the flying Danish Twist at Randwick in the final of the Provincial Championships following that up with a close up 3rd at Hawkesbury. Just gave away too much start latest running on late, drops in grade and weight tomorrow. Good each-way value. RACE 9 No. 3 Painte Joe Pride trained galloper who has been a model of consistency of late winning or placing at 5 of his 6 starts this time in. Almost a month between runs into his last effort when run over late here on a heavy 10 surface, arguably he found himself on the worst part of the track on that occasion which adds further merit to the performance. Gets his chance to return to the winners list tomorrow. Best Bet Race 1 No.5 Foxplay Best Value Race 6 No.3 Better Not Blue Quaddie 40% 3, 4, 12 1, 2, 3, 9 4, 8, 18 2, 3, 12 Bet Now
