Chris’ Rosehill Best Bets Posted on February 16, 2017February 16, 2017 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 1 No. 2 Tactical Advantage James Cummings trained 3yo who is going great guns this prep winning all 3 starts to date. Just seems to keep on raising the bar and I can’t see any reason as to why he can’t raise it even further tomorrow. Although a month between runs he seems to perform well following that pattern and keep in mind he has trialled since the latest run win running 3rd at Warwick Farm. RACE 3 No. 2 Antonio Giuseppe Chris Waller trained stayer resuming from a break tomorrow having not raced since beating all bar the winner in the Metropolitan at Randwick back in the springtime. He’d won his previous four starts on the trot having improved leaps and bounds at what was only his second campaign. Trialled well and looks awfully hard to beat here. RACE 6 No. 4 Comin’ Through Lightly raced galloper from the Chris Waller stable who put in a terrific run first up making up good ground from back in the field to wind up just off the placings in the Eskimo Prince run earlier in the month at Randwick. Stepping up to the 1400m is ideal considering his only 2 wins from his 4 starts have come at 1400m and 1600m.
