Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on April 20, 2022April 20, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 5 No. 7 Sunset Daphne The 7 looks to have talent and can run an EW race here. Is progressing well and improving with each run and her last start showed enough to suggest she’s close. Hits the line solidly. Race 7 No. 6 Crackerjack Pack, No. 4 Charos Reward and No. 3 Westrock Outlaw The only reason we put all 3 of these in is are their prices. Incredible market that isn’t even close for mine. The 6 should be much much shorter and close to fav. Will go very quickly and looks to lead throughout. The 3 is double figures and should not be remotely close to anything but single figures and the 4 is just a gift at the EW quote as well. We had 6 fav from 4 and 3 and getting overs against our market on all of them. Always a risk hitting 3 runners but worth it in this case. Win bet 6 and EW goes on 3 and 4. Race 8 No. 1 Got The Sugar and No. 4 Magic Salute The 1 has panels on these at her very best. She can do a bit wrong in her races and it’s been a testing run of outs but she would smack this lot if they all had clear runs. The 4 is worth and EW play here at the big odds. Doesn’t know how to run a bad race and will find the fence and drive home hard. The 1 wins if she is left alone however. Race 10 No. 7 Son of Hecton His form since resuming has been superb and this is his race. Boxed to slide down to the first turn out wide then only has to hold his spot untouched to be the one they have to beat. Outstanding run behind Manzu last start and he looks the best play all night. Again we get an EW quote to cover. Race 11 No. 8 Mongolian Wolf This is exactly the sort of race he smokes the pipe up the back then pounces. Similar to the kennel mate Bumper Blaster, he will find his feet then round them up one by one. Great EW bet round out the night. WENTWORTH PARK Race 10 No. 8 Murray’s Way Has had absolutely no luck her last 2 starts here and if this fav finds any trouble, which she has been lately, then the 8 can do something here. She is strong and breaks 30 and will look to be running into it up the back. Top 2 play at odds. BALLARAT Race 5 No. 4 Showtime Boomer Silly quote for a dog who will look ominous if he gets the right run here. Was in a striking spot last start over the 545m trip as they went into the back when he was put out of business. Very capable and there will be no bigger last section on this race than this bloke if he is wound up and near his best. EW play. Race 6 No. 8 Warringah Bale and No. 5 Rampage Ralston The 8 was enormous in his heat. Almost turned inside out going into the back and the rails draw simply didn’t suit him off this corner start. Gets a much better box here and can stay out there and work into this strongly. The 5 isn’t hopeless. Will be huge odds but went well enough in his heat and did win at Sandown Park 3 starts ago by almost 10 lengths over the middle trip. Smokie’s hope. Race 7 No. 6 Russian Sub What a run last week here!! Didn’t show his customary early toe but still recovered to weave his way through field to go down by the smallest margin in what was a huge performance. Had no right to finish that close. Clear run here and he wins. Best bet and we get EW odds to find out. Shouldn’t miss the podium with any luck at all. Market Market
