Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on April 16, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 1 No. 7 Bumper Blaster We know what we get here with the Bumper. Finds his feet early then starts to slide through the gears as picks them off one by one. A simple matter of getting that done before he runs out of ground. With several leaders engaged here, it’s a good chance of happening. Place special with a clear run. Race 2 No. 3 Moruga Scorpion and No. 6 Kinjarling The 3 has a tricky draw with the wide running 2 inside her but if she can miss her early enough she will be a threat here. Enigmatic but more than capable. With the scr of 8, I am willing to give the 6 a show here. He is going well and should be leading up the outside division. Both solid shows here. Race 4 No. 4 Fabian’s Gold and No. 3 Mystify Keen on the 4 here to show us something. I thought his run had a stack of merit last week when he had no luck at all. Met several checks and kept trying and he can show up much sooner here with improvement. The 3 will walk out and go straight to the fence. She is enigmatic but can deliver when she turns up. Will be strong late. Race 5 No. 3 Lacrymosa and No. 6 Samba Monelli The 3 was just outstanding last start and looks the one here again. Came from midfield to charge over some handy dogs in one of her best wins. Boxed to repeat. One of the better EW bets on the card. Save on 6 who will run into this late. Pete Brown has him going super and he will give his all as usual and it’s enough to get into this. The 3 is the big play however. Race 8 No. 1 Ready For Magic Speaking of big plays, this will be as big as it gets on tonight’s card. He is simply boxed to win. Trialled electric leading into this for Graham and Enzo and did enough first up off a tough draw. Now gets his box and will take some serious stopping here. Another best bet!! Race 9 No. 6 Rostered Off If he can’t knock Momentum over, he can at least run 2nd to him and that’s how we play this. Consistent performer in the hands of the best trainer in WA by an ice age in Paul Stuart. He’s had this bloke put in week in week out and will give another superb account tonight. Should hit top 2. Race 11 No. 8 Zippy Zenvo Box doesn’t worry me as much back over this trip. Had some good 600s under her belt and the drop back in trip is a huge plus. Will go across to the fence then take every inside run afforded to her. Will be strongest to the line. She is the best dog in the race who only has to offset the box to be a force. Race 12 No. 7 West On Fever Continues to be plagued by bad boxes but that may not be so bad here with all these early splitters going at it. Will stay out of that and look for the run into the the back. If he gets it early enough, he will become the one to beat near the pace. THE MEADOWS Race 2 No. 4 Jigglypuff Knocking in the door and will be looking to get a first turn run here so she can start her run early. Is racing well and her last splits have been super for this grade. Clear run sees her hit the podium. Race 5 No. 7 Zippy Audi Can surprise here considering she has been racing much tougher opposition. Looking for her to step and get over quickly off this corner start and she runs the trip out strongly enough. Big EW show at the odds. Race 6 No. 3 Kaheem Bale Superb last week and drawn to get the same run and deliver the same knockout blow up the back. Once he finds his feet he goes through the gears quickly and takes all sorts of holding out. Breaks 30 and big show here. Race 9 No. 2 Sir Chappy and No. 6 Snapper Smith Still not sure what happened last week. The 2 was huge coming from back and the small field suits even more this week. The 6 however looked home in the same race but didn’t finish it off after striking the front turning. Giving her some serious benefit of doubt but must do better here. They should both be in the finish. WENTWORTH PARK Race 2 No. 1 Murray’s Way Has a sublime record off box 1 with 4 starts for 4 wins. Should have bolted in here during the week and it was tragedy to watch it unfold. Will only have to produce that again off this draw to win. Monster EW hope. Race 7 No. 2 Stanley Road Race in 2 and I’m just not sure Estrella will get away from him far enough here. That’s all it will come down to. If he’s close enough, he runs over her. Race 9 No. 3 Panorama Giving another show here after she was run down last start which was a big surprise. Will begin well again and track the 1 up who begins but she will quickly put her away and then it’s a matter of showing her better QLD form and holding the run on dogs off. Can run time. Should win with a clean getaway. Market Market
