Chris’ Eagle Farm Preview Posted on June 24, 2016June 27, 2016 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 3 No.4 Bewhatyouwannabe Robert Heathcote trained galloper who was in need of the run here a fortnight back when finishing over 7 lengths behind his stable mate Hopfgarten. Now they meet again tomorrow with this one stripping a lot fitter and meeting that runner 5kg better off at the weights. He follows a similar pattern to his victory at the Sunshine Coast two starts back and looks to be terrific value. RACE 5 No.2 Hardline Lightly raced 3yo from the Birchley yard who put in a big effort first up over the shorter trip at Doomben. Not the best to jump he had some trouble gaining clear running on the straight before closing the race off strongly. Fitter and with an additional 150m here on the bigger track likes ideal for him to break back into the winners circle. RACE 7 No.7 Royal Tithe Very honest filly from the John Zielke stable who has drawn poor gates at all three of her runs this campaign yet has been able to manage a win and a couple of close up placings. Tomorrow she draws a lot better in a slightly easier race and will appreciate the additional 150m trip. At the each-way odds currently available looks great value.
