Team Snowden trained galloper who ran a tidy race on debut chasing gamely down the straight to beat all bar the smart looking winner Time To Reign. Just get the feeling he’ll benefit greatly from the experience and even off an awkward draw tomorrow will still prove tough to beat with Kerrin McEvoy to do the steering. Currently a value price, back each-way.

RACE 3 No.7 Problem Solver

Accepted for both Doomben and here however trainer Gerald Ryan has elected to stay home and go around in this race where she does appear nicely placed. We haven’t seen her since late September when a very unlucky Randwick 3rd after only seeing daylight very late and charging to the line. She trialled nicely recently and should be all set to go tomorrow.

Race 6 No.12 Montrachet

I was keen on this mare first up however she looked in need of the run when winding up 3rd beaten less than 2 lengths a fortnight back just peaking on her finish late. She steps up 100m further tomorrow which should suit and will strip a lot fitter for that first up run. She also drops a couple of kilo’s which is another positive.
