RACE 6 No.7 Winter Passage

Highly consistent filly from the Stuart Kendrick stable who resumes here off a short spell. There’s good speed in this race which will suit her as she’s drawn a good alley for Ryan Wiggins who can have her within striking distance on the home turn, when those leaders start to feel the pinch she’ll be winding up with plenty of momentum. Great each-way value.

RACE 8 No.3 Violate

Cracking performance in the BRC Sprint behind Stradbroke runner up Tyzone almost a month ago. Awkwardly placed back near last against the rail into the straight he had to weave his way home between runners yet was never fully clear until the final 50m of the race when hitting the line hard into 2nd spot. If not giving away too much start look for him to right in the finish.

RACE 9 No.4 Manaya

Outstanding win fresh at the Gold Coast last Saturday which had to be seen to be believed! Jag Guthmann-Chester’s off side rein broke near the 800m which left him with very little control. The mare left to her own devices improved sharply very wide out to hit the lead before straightening up & kept going to score under her own steam by 3 lengths! She’s even better second up!
