The Scout: EURO 2020 Day 11 Posted on June 21, 2021June 21, 2021 | Posted by The Scout North Macedonia vs Netherlands Top plays bottom in this Group C clash, with North Macedonia no chance of progressing, and the Netherlands looking to keep their perfect record intact. The Dutch can clinch top spot of Group C with a win or a draw (or even a loss) and are likely to rotate their players to be fresh for the next round. In any case they should have far too much firepower for North Macedonia. North Macedonia came into this tournament as the rank outsiders, and although they look unlikely to record a win, they should be proud with their performances, and that they’ve managed to score in their opening two games. The Netherlands have scored five goals in their opening two matches, and should be looking to add multiple goals to that tally in this final group fixture. Memphis Depay will be dangerous as ever (if he plays) in what looks a certain Dutch win. All that said, I’m expecting North Macedonia won’t go out quietly. SUGGESTED BET: Netherlands Win & Both Teams to Score @ $2.90* Ukraine vs Austria Both teams in this Group C clash beat North Macedonia and lost to the Netherlands, leaving them locked on points, and now playing off for qualification into the knockout stages. Ukraine have looked the better overall side at this stage of the tournament, their attack in particular has been very impressive, scoring five goals in the opening two games. One of the biggest contributors to Ukraine’s high scoring start has been Roman Yeramchuk, who has scored in both games and has looked menacing when he gets the ball. Austria is yet to keep a clean sheet in the tournament and with the way Ukraine are playing, I think we’ll see this trend continue. SUGGESTED BET: Roman Yeramchuk Anytime Goalscorer @ $3.70* Finland vs Belgium The world’s top ranked team, Belgium, has won both of their matches and will be looking to keep that record intact against Finland who are are just goal differential behind Russia in second place. Belgium came back from 1-0 down to beat Denmark 2-1 in Game 2, with their record in the competition (including qualifiers) now out to 12 wins from 12 matches. Their form is unbelievable. Kevin De Bruyne returned from injury and starred against Denmark, scoring a goal and assisting the other. With Eden Hazard injured, KDB is the most important player on this team and showed no sign of rust. Belgium have already qualified for the knockout stages however it will be important for Roberto Martinez to get minutes into his star players. We are likely to see Eden Hazard for the first time and I think Belgium will be out to make a statement heading out of the group stage. SUGGESTED BET: Belgium Win Both Halves @ $3.20* Russia vs Denmark Group B’s final fixture sees Denmark host Russia at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen. Denmark will be looking to get their first win of the tournament after losing to both Finland and Belgium. Meanwhile, qualification to the knockout stages is so close for Russia, with a win or even a draw likely to see them advance. There should be no changes to Russia’s starting XI which recorded a 1 -0 win over Finland, and a similar defensive approach will be their go-to strategy. Russia are in the box seat for qualification and will likely focus on defense while Denmark look to attack. The Russians have shown they can play patient football and I think they will get plenty of chances on the counter. SUGGESTED BET: Russia (Match Result) @ $4.80* *Odds correct as at 8am, 21st June 2021. Market Market
