Chris Nelson’s Eagle Farm Best Bets Posted on March 6, 2020 | Posted by Chris Nelson RACE 3 No.1 Bellissimi Amici Plenty to like about her last start win here two weeks ago when totally unsuited in a slowly run affair. She had to wait to come around heels half way down the straight losing ground on the leaders looking to have completely missed the boat. Not to be outdone though she reeled off a sub 11 second last 200m to level up before coasting clear to the line. Very impressive! RACE 5 No.1 Plitvice In form galloper who has won two of his past three starts with the defeat full of merit here a fortnight back when racing wide throughout. He beat all bar the winner on that occasion in fast time doing a great job after such a tough run. This race is certainly no stronger and with the claim he looks very well placed to return to the winners list. RACE 7 No.6 Adoradancer Consistent mare from the Barry Lockwood stable on the 7-day back having clocked in second at Doomben last Saturday which was her first run for 5 weeks. She settled worse than midfield before weaving home in restricted room down the straight to go down only narrowly on the line. That was her first run for 5 weeks suggesting she’ll be ready to peak tomorrow. Quaddie 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 11 3, 5, 6 6, 13 1, 2, 3, 6 Market Market
