Can be hit and miss a box rise but draws well for this and has a brilliant record over the distance.

Race 8 – No. 8  Fernando Monelli

While mixing form, he drops half a grade here and gets every chance from out wide where he does do his best racing.

Race 9 – No. 1  Marydoll

Speedy type drawn ideally and also making her Masters debut. Racing in strong form and should prove too nippy for these old timers.

Race 3 – No. 6  Garbrandt

Strong chaser who returns to a more suitable distance after a string of placings over shorter at Mandurah. Does his best work from wide draws and will be hard to hold out.

Race 4 – No. 3   Dusty Mac

Another powerful finisher who ran West On Augie to less than a length when 2nd in a W.A Sprint Championship heat. Last start winner who can go on with it now.

Race 8 – No. 7  Slingshot Gypsy

Former Victorian who finished runner up in both a Perth Cup Heat and the WA Oaks Final. Hasn’t won for a while but she’ll find this easier and gets her chance to break through here.
