Although unplaced at Doomben the run was quite good sitting wide no cover whilst he was only run down late by the in-form Most Important at Eagle Farm. Good gate, gun run, goes very close. Had two starts in Brisbane for a couple of strong finishing efforts with the latest being over 1000m which was too short. Back up to 1200m tomorrow looks ideal and if we get some decent speed in the early part of the race look for him to be charging home over the concluding stages. Definitely each-way though.
