Race 1

ELQUESTRO (7) has been racing tougher opposition and performing well, this is a suitable grade and looks hard to hold out his high speed in the final circuit, can throw a few tricks in occasionally. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (4) can be driven forward in this and look for the top, will give them something to catch if he could find the top, he has raced the best juveniles in the state. APOLLO BELL (5) impressed me with a trial performance at Byford, respect in this, looks to have high speed but will need it from the draw. ALLAMERICAN EAGLE (6) and IN SELF DEFENCE (8) both novelty chances.

Suggested Bet: ACKNOWLEDGMENT/ELQUESTRO to Quinella.

Race 2

STRELETZIA MISS (1) is second up and gets the good draw, has improved with gate speed and will be looking to hold up and has shown in the past she can be respected from a good draw in this class. QUEEN OF NIGHTS (6) hit the line well last run and drawn to get a soft run, winning chance if the gaps come early enough. WERE IN CAHOOTS (3) will run the gate and look to lead, form is sound enough to be a danger if he could find the top. ROCKNROLL LIBERTY (4) and GLOBAL ARK (5) have shown enough to be considered in this but are both coming in first up from tricky draws.

Suggested Bet: STRELETZIA MISS (1) to win.

Race 3

DEKLA DIVA (3) was a good win from the breeze last time out and is putting together some good form, may have to do the work again in this but winning form is good form and has been proven when doing the work. WELLOILED (2) won well last time out, can throw in some tricks but has good closing speed and must be respected. WORLD OF ROCK (6) drawn to get a soft run, goes well from the soft draws and is a winning chance but needs things to open early enough. GALEOCERDO CUVIER (1) might look to hold the top, and form has been sound enough to give some cheek. RUN BOB RUN (7) will be running on, should follow through nicely. ICANPLAY (4) needs some luck from the draw and AMERICAN TYPHOON (8) better on speed and won’t get that luxury.

Suggested Bet: DEKLA DIVA (3) to win.

Race 4 (Best Bet)

LIQUIDATOR (1) ideally drawn, has good early speed and loves to be out and rolling in front, looks very hard to run down. HUGHEY (6) gets the lovely draw and will look dangerous if he gets out but as we know, HUGHEY (6) doesn’t mind a silver medal. ELLEOFAREACTOR (7) was a good win last time out, will follow through and be running on well. IDEAL WHITBY (3) likely to run the gate and be on speed but isn’t as potent if he can’t find the top. HURRICANEHOPE (5) is racing well but it’s an awkward draw, may have to head forward and do the work in this. GLOBAL HERITAGE (8) has turned a corner but needs tempo on to bring him into it.

Suggested Bet: LIQUIDATOR (1) to win.

Race 5

NEVERTELLMETHEODDS (1) will be running the gate hard looking to hold the top and from there he should just be rolling out in front and looks hard to beat, last run he showed good speed and wasn’t beaten far. HOT ROD (6) will follow through and get a good run and if the leader rolls along which looks likely then he comes in with some winning claims. EYE BETTER (3) racing well, she is ready to win but just needs to find a position early to be dangerous. SHES A MARE (8) will be running on, like the stablemate EYE BETTER (3), she is ready to win. MISTER KOPA (2) will be chips in early to try and lead but not sure he can get there drawn right along side his main challenger. HIGHLY FLAMMABLE (5) going well but this draw hurts. TAXI IT IS (7) was a better effort last run and can be placed.

Race 6

SANFORD BART (3) will be pushed off the gate and looks a strong chance to find the top and he is knocking on the door, looks hard to beat in this. ALTAIR STAR (6) faces a tricky draw, but she is racing well and will be the one emerging from the pack. CHALKY WHITE (2) overall form hasn’t been at her best but has the draw and can be an improver in this. LUCY VICTORIA (5) is capable but faces a tricky draw. THE MERCENARY (4) was better last run and is a very keen type, Abbey Vidovich’s arms will be longer after the race.

Tips: 3 6 5 2

Suggested Bet: SANFORD BART (3) to win.

Race 7

PRINCESS AVIATOR (5) hit the line well on Tuesday when working into the clear and she has come back well, looks a suitable grade and appears hard to hold out. STAR POCKET (1) hit the line well at Narrogin last run and likes to race on speed, has the speed to lead and can go on with it and run a bold race. SNIPES MAGIC (8) is suited in this grade and should be closing off strongly. TAYLORS BOY FRED (6) nicely drawn and will be dangerous if the gaps come at the right time. ANYWHEREIGOHUGO (7) mixes his form but can get into the money.
