The Scout: EPL Matchday 12 Posted on November 8, 2019 | Posted by The Scout Norwich vs Watford 9th November, 4am WST Norwich (19th) travel to Watford (20th) for a bottom of the table clash, with both sides having lost their last six Premier League matches. Goal scoring has been a major issue for Norwich, only tallying two goals in six game losing streak. The Canaries have lost the flair and aggression that made them an exciting watch earlier in the season, highlighted by their 3-2 win over Manchester City. Teemu Pukki scored six goals in Norwich’s opening five games, but has gone goalless since. In this must win game between the two worst defenses in the Premier League, Pukki won’t get a better chance to end his drought. Suggested Bet: Teemu Pukki Anytime Goalscorer @ $2.10* Leicester vs Arsenal 9th November, 11pm WST 3rd placed Leicester are flying, and their three match win streak in the Premier League has cemented them firmly into the top four. The Foxes will have their sights set on playing Champions League football next season. Arsenal (5th) are a team in turmoil. They haven’t won Premier League match in their last three attempts, while Granit Xhaka has been stripped of his captaincy after a blow-up with the Arsenal fans. Leicester have scored the second most goals in the Premier League (27) while conceding the least (8). Jamie Vardy leads the Golden Boot race with 10 goals, including five from the Foxes’ last three games. Leicester have no major injuries and have been running the same back four for most of the season with great success. They should be too good here for Arsenal in what could be the final nail in the coffin for Umai Emery Suggested Bet: Match Result Leicester @ $2* Southampton vs Everton 9th November, 11pm WST It’s been a disappointing 11 weeks in the Premier League for both Southampton (18th) and Everton (17th) in a fixture that may have relegation importance come the end of the season. Southampton haven’t won a match in the Premier League in six attempts – losing five of these! They have been handed some massive defeats including a 9-0 loss to Leicester and a 4-1 loss to Chelsea. Unsurprisingly they boast a League-worst 27 goals against for the season. Everton have been unbelievable poor for a side so talented and have won just one game in seven matches. The Toffees have world-class attacking players like Richarlison, Digne and Walcott who on paper, should be more than a handful for this woeful Southampton defense. Eight of the last 10 Southampton home matches have seen at least three goals and I expect both sides will get their chances here Suggested Bet: Over 2.5 Goals @ $1.89* *Odds correct as at 8.30am, 8th November 2019.
