Scott Embry’s Sunday Narrogin Preview Posted on April 20, 2018April 20, 2018 | Posted by Scott Embry Scott Embry’s Preview Race 1 ROUTE EIGHTY EIGHT is extremely well bred and on recent form in and around the city should be very hard to beat here. ENACTMENT has speed and can settle in a prominent position. AKVAVIT was far from flattering at trials but this is not a strong race. JESTER DINI next best. Numbers: 4 – 3 – 6 – 1 Suggested Bet – ROUTE EIGHTY EIGHT WIN Race 2 QUIET WHISPER settled well back at her first crack at a staying trip and came through with flying colours. This looks her race. MY CHINA DOLL was never on the track on debut and kept coming. Looks the danger. FLYIN’ TRADIE is capable of pulling out a run from time to time. BENTLEY’S BROTHER next. Numbers: 6 – 7 – 1 – 3 Suggested Bet – QUIET WHISPER WIN Race 3 COME ON OVER has the speed to lead this field over the short course and from there is the one to catch. SAXON PRINCESS has trialed well for debut and should go close. AMAYA also has solid speed to slide across from the wide gate. DINKUM GIRL best of the rest. Numbers: 5 – 4 – 2 – 7 Suggested Bet – COME ON OVER WIN Race 4 BUFF MAN changes stable to one who can really get them flying first-up. He ran some very good races in his first campaign. REBOW is Rebow. Someone keeps backing him and they must hate money. He’ll win one soon…maybe. WELCOME SHADOW is hard to catch but on his day capable. KENDEL’S FLOOD could fill a drum. Numbers: 1 – 2 – 4 – 9 Suggested Bet – BUFF MAN WIN SuperPick - Race 4 No. 1 Buff Man - Win Boost Race 5 WATTO’S FURY looked like being an above average 3 year old but has only gone fairly in recent times. This is easier. CARESS YOUR SOUL can go very quick and looks suited at the track. EXEXCEL was luckless in a Saturday race. SCANDAL MAKER can box seat from the draw. Numbers: 1 – 8 – 7 – 3 Suggested Bet – WATTO’S FURY WIN Race 6 BOOMA LACKA has put together two very handy performances and if he backs up into this race should be hard to beat. TRIPLE EXPRESS is her own worst enemy but she’s going better than reads on paper. VONCONI has no numerical form at all but seems to enjoy these sort of undulating tracks. OUTSPOKEN DUKE next best. Numbers: 1 – 8 – 9 – 7 Suggested Bet – BOOMA LACKA WIN Race 7 WATIJADOO could be very hard to catch if Tayla Stone goes for home as they run down the hill. He can roll in front and this track does seem ideal on face value. ALREADY FAMOUS should be winning this race, he is classes above rivals at his best. PRESS THE PETAL was scratched from a winnable assignment to be saved for this. LET’S TWIST is going well. Numbers: 12 – 1 – 8 – 5 Suggested Bet – WATIJADOO EACHWAY Race 8 VALDERI VALDERA has been putting in eye catchers in town and returns to a track where she dominates. FAIR NAKITA goes very well for Pike and stalk the speed. COPPER FURY is not an 1100m horse but she seems to grow a leg at Narrogin. GRADUAL INCLINE is a nice horse and has blinkers applied. Numbers: 1 – 5 – 8 – 2 Suggested Bet – VALDERI VALDERA WIN Quaddie (Race 5 – 8) 1,7,8 1,3,4,7,8,9 1,12 1,5 [button class=”bet-now” style=”btn-default btn-lg” type=”link” target=”false” title=”Bet Now” link=”https://www.tabtouch.com.au/racing/2018-04-22/cr” linkrel=””]
