Race 1

TILTHESUNSETS (3) begins well from the stand. Over the short course off the front mark he looks hardest to beat. SELLUNE (7) has become a bit of a professional place getter in WA. HEZA WHIZARD (2) is difficult to assess. Latest trial was good enough for this type of race coming off a front mark but it was September 2023 so hasn’t been seen for almost a year since then. MAJESTIC LINE (4) was good on debut into fourth last start.

Suggested Bet: TILTHESUNSETS (3) to win.

Race 2

PAINT THE PALETTE (1) was restrained off the mobile in a recent trial at Bunbury. Ran on strongly late to score. Definite query in his gate speed drawn one but appears hardest to beat. 

CAPTAIN COOPER (5) trialled very impressively at Byford. Worked to the line strongly in an effort that should see him competitive in this race. UP AND ALIVE (9) hit the line strongly late after not having the best of luck in the run. She has a good trailing draw. THE MERRY MAKER (3) was competitive against some of the better 2YOs last time in. The recent trial was a bit inconclusive.

Suggested Bet: CAPTAIN COOPER (5) each way.

Race 3

NASE VIRA (5) returns in this race having contested stronger in recent efforts. Her most recent win was when sitting outside the leader albeit in an easier race. Loch TAY (3) is a last start winner. She has gate speed if she found the front would certainly be thereabouts. LUCI KANE (10) is a bit of a keen going horse so may not be suited by the outside back row draw. She dominated last start in her second run for the new stable. TWELVE OCLOCK ROCK (9) impressed winning from the breeze last time out.

Suggested Bet: NASE VIRA (5) to win.

Race 4

EBER AVIATOR (4) showed good gate speed and nearly crossed last start. Ended up breezing and battled on well for a close up third. SPIRITOFANANGEL (8) took on stronger last time out and didn’t have the best of luck. JUST ALL STYLE (5) closed strongly last start and has been racing consistently. DANNIKA (10) caught the eye late in a recent run at Gloucester Park running into fourth not beaten far. 

Tips: 4 8 5 10

Suggested Bet: EBEE AVIATOR (4) to win.

Race 5

MISS HEPBURN (1) is a classy filly that returns after 2 months off. She has gate speed and two runs ago was only run down by Water Lou looks good form for this. ROCKNROLL SLOY (8) could secure the leaders back trail in this race. Had good NSW form and is likely to win a few races in WA. WORLD SECRET (6) was a good recent 4th behind Water Lou in the Dainty’s Daughter. PECUNIOUS (4) has been racing well this time in. Looks a tricky draw but she can be thereabouts.

Race 6

IDEAL MUSCLE (2) was good last start came from a long way back to run into second. Was nearly two months between runs there should be better for that effort and has the gate speed to dictate early. MANDOWN (12) made it three wins in a row last start, may need to do the work again but looks a smart horse. BLAMEITONTHENIGHT (5) returns from a long spell. Both wins last time in came when leading which he may not get the opportunity to do here. ITS JUSTA SHOTAWAY (1) has a suitable draw and races well on the pegs.

Suggested Bet: IDEAL MUSCLE (2) to win.

Race 7

ROCK ARTIST (2) has stepped well from the front mark in stands. Can lead or find the leaders back trail should be hard to beat. JILL MACH (1) is generally quickly away from the stand. Lead for most of the way three runs ago and was just nabbed on the line. Suited by the short course stand. IDEALINGOLD (4) returns after two good trials. Looks a race he should be thereabouts in. FRANCO MECCA (5) was able to run down Jill Mach three runs ago before a good third in a metro stand last start.

Suggested Bet: ROCK ARTIST (2) to win.

Race 8

LOUIE DIOR (1) is still one of the few horses that has beaten Never Ending. He returned last start was a really eye catching win when rounding up a pretty good field with ease. VELOCIPEDE (4) has great gate speed and he may look to launch over at the start. He probably isn’t a horse that could then figure should he fail to cross. MAJOR FREEWAY (8) battled on well two back behind Swagger Man after breezing. LOUCID DREAMS (3) can figure with the right run.

Suggested Bet: LOUIE DIOR (1) to win.

Race 9

VINNIES STAR (1) showed good gate speed last start to zip over and land the leaders back trail. He battled on quite well there and didn’t go down far. Think from the inside gate he looks the leader. PASQUALE (4) returns from a spell after a good trial. Zipped home sharply but the overall time was very slow and is returning after over two years. ALWAYSBFRANK (12) trialled up quite nicely holding off Fat Louie at Byford. Showed some promise in NSW. YOUR GRACE (9) is racing well and has placed in her last five starts.
