Race 1

SEAYA ROCKNROLL (10) had been trialling up well and even from a challenging draw on debut I think he will run home strongly in this, go well. ILIKEITLIKETHAT (8) showed good promise last time in and will play a significant part in this. THESUMMAOFGEORGE (1) looked the winner but couldn’t finish it off last time out, drawn to be prominent again. FUNNY AS (2) has good early speed, but middle distance is a concern for me with chances to XCELERATOR (4), MIGHTY MILLIE (5) and DREAMS DOWN UNDER (6).

Suggested Bet: SEAYA ROCKNROLL (10) to win.

Race 2

PROPOSITION JOE (10) is highly talented on return and looks a strong chance to make it a winning return, can be put into the race and driven like the best horse. EL RAES GIRL (9) has started to hit consistent form and appears the testing material in this. SHEZABECA (7) needs a touch of luck but has the high speed to run home well with MAAS ATTACK (8) who is fitter and NOT SO SWEET (5) has ability.

Tips: 10 9 7 8

Suggested Bet: PROPOSITION JOE/EL RAES GIRL to Exacta.

Race 3

DUNCAN TWENTYTWO (2) gets the perfect draw to lead and control, hit the line well last start and will look to rate the rest of the field out of it, very hard to beat. SLIPALONG SAINT (10) returns and is suited in this grade, will run a big race and can be put into it. GLOBAL HERITAGE (4) is racing well and can get into the novelties with DANGER (3), ULTIMATE ZIPPER (5) and CRETACEOUS (9).

Tips: 2 10 4 9

Suggested Bet: DUNCAN TWENTYTWO (2) to win.

Race 4

MISS VINCENZA (6) drops in grade from metro company and looks hard to beat here, she could be driven like the best horse and stick it out nicely. AMERICAN MONARCH (7) has drawn to get a soft run and will run on well when the gaps open, good place chance. BLOCKJORG (10) will be running on from the back of the field, consistent. CHERRY ON THE CAKE (1) has the speed to lead and is fitter but may look at a softer option. HEAVEN KNOWS I TRY (3) trialled up well and is a chance with SHECANPLAY (5).

Tips: 6 7 10 1

Suggested Bet: AMERICAN MONARCH (7) to place.

Race 5

Open race. VELVET SHADOW (4) nearly broke through two starts ago and never saw daylight last start, normally steps well and the short course stand looks to suit him, go well. SPUDMEISTER (10) is improving nicely and will run well with a safe getaway. EN PARIANT SUR (6) looked to have needed the run last start and steps well moving back to the stand looks a positive, will run well in this. GOGGINS (8) will run home well, this grade suits. GOODONYA MATE (1) is a novelty chance with WESMEDAD (5).

Tips: 4 10 8 6

Suggested Bet: VELVET SHADOW (4) each way.

Race 6

EYE BETTER (8) is crying out to win a race and has a nice draw to follow through and be dangerous, had no luck last run and still performed well doing it at both ends. THE DARK NIGHT (2) is suited in this grade, and previous runs have put the writing on the wall to go close. SHES A MARE (7) drawn to get a soft run and will be running on well. SHES ALL GO (1) drawn to be close, this is harder than her most recent win but will settle close enough. VINTAGE BLU (9) will be getting home well with GET YA BETS ON (6).

Tips: 8 2 7 6

Suggested Bet: EYE BETTER (8) each way.

Race 7

THUNDER WARRIOR (9) is ready to win; last few runs have been strong and with his turn of foot can track into it and present at the right time. ALLWOODS CHEVRON (8) is racing soundly, will punch through and be close enough and look dangerous at some stage. CHEVRONS GOLD (7) suited in this grade but needs some luck in running, will be powering home. LETS ROCK TONIGHT (10) is one of the only few that can do work in the race, last couple have been good. SHES MY LITTLE GEM (2) is a novelty chance with BETTOR BE BUCKS (3) and BATAVIA WEST (6).

Suggested Bet: THUNDER WARRIOR (9) to win.
