Race 1 – No. 2  Pure Motion    SuperPick (Money Back 2^nd)

Smart beginner who resumes from a lengthy spell. She makes her short course debut but looks suited to the trip and will be in this for a long way from the favourable draw.

Race 4 – No. 6  Azalea Monelli

Should find this a bit easier than a luckless 8^th in a heat of the Sandgroper last week when finding all sorts of bother. Prior to that she was racing consistently against the state’s top youngsters and looks set to bounce back in a big way here.

Race 5 – No. 1  Mephitidae

Has finally found his groove in WA after a couple of unlucky efforts at his two runs in the state. He has explosive speed and has the draw to use it. Should take a power of beating in his search of a hat trick.
