Race 1 – No. 8  Pete’s Eagle –  SuperPick Money Back, Run 2nd

Racing well without winning, placing in all of his last 4 starts. The small field suits and he should go close to breaking his Maiden Status in this.

Race 8 – No. 2  Backpacker Jack

Exploded to the front and led all the way last week  in a good 30.02, defeating a handful of these in the process. He has posted a career best 29.85 from this draw and should take plenty of catching if he leads again.

Race 9 – No. 6  Black Bombshell

High speed chaser who won 5 in a row earlier in the year, leading all the way in 4 of them and all in quick times. Recently posted a couple of electric times on the trial circuit and should prove far too classy first up from a spell.
