Michael McDermott’s Cannington Monday Preview
Race 3 – No. 7 Go Lyla
Never a factor from this draw last week when finding trouble early and racing rearwards most of the way. Down in class and is capable of bouncing back into form.
Race 5 – No. 6 Rippin’ Purton
Stepping up to the 520m for the first time. Has shown plenty of dash over shorter and will be in this for a long way. Worth an Each Way ticket.
Race 11 – No. 7 Ballistic Bullet
Not disgraced in his WA debut when overcoming early trouble to finish 2nd in 16.26. Better for the run and can go one better this time around.
