Race 1

MISS MARCOPOLO (8) broke through for an easy win last start but rises in grade and draws the back row which will make things more challenging for her. WORLD COMBINATION (10) wasn’t a bad effort last run after doing too much early, prior performance was good and this looks a good race for him to run well, even from the draw. LOWLANDS BEACH BOY (4) hasn’t been far away and likely heads forward. DEKLA DIVA (5) is consistent enough without breaking through. SHESA ENCHANTRESS (1) could be an improver from the draw.

Suggested Bet: WORLD COMBINATION (10) to win.

Race 2

SPEED FORCE (1) has the nice draw and gate speed to lead, he has been doing the work as of late and staying on and this looks suitable for him tonight, go well. NEVERTELLMETHEODDS (2) is racing consistently and shouldn’t be far away from the money with this decent draw. DEE JAYS BIG BOY (7) is racing soundly, had his chance the last two starts but has a soft draw to work with tonight. CHALKY WHITE (9) wasn’t a bad effort last run and can go on with that and run on nicely. THEJEWELINHEREYE (5) needs some luck from the draw but will be closing off well.

Suggested Bet: SPEED FORCE (1) to win.

Race 3

HES THUNDER (9) is racing in top form and is a strong working type, he will be put into the race at some stage and be hard to run down and or hold off. HIGHLY FLAMMABLE (8) is racing in great form and looks the big danger, he has the chance to punch through and be handy to them early. SECOND AMENDMENT (2) has drawn in low and looks a chance to lead early and has options from there. REDDY TO FLY (4) has been consistent without breaking through, should perform well again. KEPTAIN COURAGEOUS (5) will be running but just needs luck from an awkward draw.

Tips: 9 8 4 2

Suggested Bet: HES THUNDER (9) to win.

Race 4

AMBITSIYA (6) drops in grade and would’ve lost no admirers in defeat last time out, just needs to be balanced early and work forward and should run a big race, distance is a touch against her as she’ll have to be put into it early. WESMEDAD (2) has improved and drawn to lead, can absorb pressure and be there in the finish. UP AND ALIVE (4) looks set to get a good run, continues to improve and might have the last crack at them. VINITA ROSE (10) comes in fresh but has the talent to overcome the draw. BAZAAR PACKAGE (9) can run on well, just needs the tempo to suit. SNAKEY BAY (5) is racing well but faces an awkward draw. ADDA LOMBO (8) a novelty chance in this.

Tips: 6 4 2 10

Suggested Bet: UP AND ALIVE (4) each way.

Race 5

ECLIPSE LINE (6) is racing well, comes out of a metro victory last time out where he showed his versatility, he has won his last 3 and looks hard to hold out again but there are some worthy challengers. EASTERN ADVANCE (3) has been racing well and will be charging towards the lead; he is a good front runner. FOLLOW THE MUSIC (2) drawn well and could get across early and has options. MAJOR FREEWAY (8) racing well but prefer when he is on speed straight away. GET YA BETS ON (4) has a tricky draw to work with but returned well. MY GRAND ANGUS (7) needs luck from a draw he’d rather not have; made it work last week. THOMSON BAY (9) will be running on.

Tips: 6 3 2 8

Suggested Bet: ECLIPSE LINE (6) to win.

Race 6

SHES MY LITTLE GEM (3) should charge out and dash to the lead and on her last win, that should be all she wrote, won’t be a super price to work with though. JUST A PET (9) has versatility that could bring him into the race, he can watch things unfold and be put into it, should run well. SANFORD BART (7) needs some luck from the draw but has improved, if the gaps appear he will run on well. SANFORD HARRY (8) will be benefitted by the last run and can improve. BATAVIA STREAMLINE (2) a chance to improve and should be included in the novelties.

Tips: 3 9 7 8

Suggested Bet: SHES MY LITTLE GEM (3) to win.

Race 7

DEVIL MAN (3) has good speed and will be hunting for the top again, expecting him to go well in this as there is a great opportunity for a softer run if he doesn’t lead. PURELY PANDEMIC (2) is nicely drawn and will be close to the speed and looks the danger. NORTHERN SOUL (8) is capable but mixes his form, this grade suits him. GLOBAL HERITAGE (4) creates interest and could improve. NINETY MILE BEACH (5) is racing consistently but faces a tricky draw.

Tips: 3 2 8 5

Suggested Bet: DEVIL MAN (3) to win.

Race 8

Tough race to close. HEAVENLY BLISS (1) has options from the draw and the distance suits, but she just doesn’t seem to win too often these days. SPORTS CENTRAL (3) is racing well but his early speed is a concern, barrier 3 becomes sticky. SWANBOURNE SPUNK (2) last couple have been decent and will look to try and get to the top, strong claims as he’ll be on speed. SAVE THIS DANCE (6) is suited to this grade and is showing decent consistency. BLIND EDITION (8) will be running on well. PENTHOUSE (9) creates interest being first up for Michael Young. Difficult race.

Suggested Bet: HEAVENLY BLISS (1) each way.
