Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on July 22, 2022July 22, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 1 No. 6 Masked Gladiator Giving him another chance off a wider draw here. No luck off box 2 behind a potential short course weapon in Rapido Scud. Can show dash and has a good record here. EW at odds. Race 2 No. 2 Global Plan While the fav in 8 will be hard to beat, the 2 can smoke the pipe here and be strong late. Good track and trip form and while he will need a look through the top, will be hard to stop if he gets it. Race 3 No. 8 Over Zealous Down to 4 runners here and that gives the 8 an even better chance. Only won the once from numerous starts but has a stack of talent and this distance looks ideal and well placed by Justin here. Look for her to get into this up the back and be hard to hold from there. Race 4 No. 4 Big Kahuna With the imminent scratching of box 3, it gives this bloke a chance to break back through with a nice clear run to the first turn. Super efforts his last couple and strikes a winnable race here. His 22.76 best enough to get it done here. The one to beat. Race 5 No. 2 Who Told Spider and No. 7 Dancing Fun The 2 had no luck in the run to first turn last week and expect him to improve. Fast winner here and can step quickly, he will be hard to beat with a clean getaway. The 7 is the smoky back up to the 405m. Can come from behind and is very experienced here. Worth a small save EW. Race 6 No. 8 Energetic and No. 1 Poppa Monno The 8 went much better than his form shows last week. Copped a check at an important stage which prevented him finishing closer. He will be a threat here. The 1 was enormous at Cannington and won’t be bothered by the drop back in trip. Will be storming home wide so the inside box is the only issue but he can work around that anyway. Save there. Race 7 No. 1 West On Cobra Great race. The 405m weapons go around here. The 1 having this draw brings him right into this. While he will need to step to track up the 2 and 4, he can certainly descend late here and has a stack of talent. Don’t underestimate him. Can run the time to win. Race 8 No. 6 Larkin Monelli and No. 2 Zulu Gladiator The 6 does his best work at Mandurah and his run last start was enormous. Only has to settle a fraction closer to be a huge force late. The 2 gets a good draw here and won last time he drew in. Look for a good showing here with a nice map. Race 9 No. 2 Master Blaster and No. 4 Entry Level The 2 has a class edge here and while he would be better served drawn wide, he can handle this box and get into a striking spot up the back. Races well here and hard to stop this company. The 4 was electric last week off the inside and he usually comes from back in his races so the the 4 is not that big an issue. He will be running on strongly late. RICHMOND Race 8 No. 2 Surprise Baby and No. 3 Crocodile Vella The 2 has brilliant box speed and usually steps so will be hard to stop here. Has super stats track and trip and will look ominous from the get go. The 3 also goes well here and gets a good map. He has city form but can sprint over the shorts just as well. Both solid hopes here. Race 10 No. 3 Direct Mae Monster odds here about a dog who will look anything but a long shot if she hops out. Bolted in here 2 starts ago track and trip and went super in a very hard race over the 520 last time. Needs to nail the start but if she does is right in this!!! Silly quote here. MURRAY BRIDGE Race 4 No. 4 Platinum Flare While this fav will be hard to beat, he is dropping right back in trip and that gives the 4 a show here. Consistent around this track and trip, he can land handy and be solid home. Top 2 hope. Race 5 No. 7 Hey Day and No. 8 Damocles A couple at odds out wide here. The 7 is showing promise and looks suited to this big circuit. She will muster up out wide and give a sight. The 8 is having her first crack at circle racing but has shown good talent up the straight and only has to handle the corner to be a force. EW plays here both. Race 6 No. 5 Bedrock Wally and No. 6 Yarramundi Skira Another couple who will be prices but will be suited to this big 530m run. The 5 is young and green but he will furnish into a nice type and already showing he will get a trip later. Don’t dismiss with some room here. The 6 can also surprise and has form at this track and trip. Sticks on well and not hopeless. Race 7 No. 2 Extremely Another who looks like he will appreciate this circuit. Well boxed and has run some good races behind some handy dogs lately with a good Gawler win 3 starts back. Strong and will look to descend in the straight. Race 9 No. 5 Off Switch Last chance. Has been disappointing his last 2 and is better than that. Can lead or come from back. Needs to show his muster here. Race 10 No. 6 Hugs and Kisses She can stay and that will be key here as there is a question mark over some of the others. Small field gives her every chance to put these under pressure late. Top 2 player at the odds. Market Market
