Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on June 27, 2022June 27, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 6 No. 1 Mr Wick and No. 5 Little Righteous Giving both dogs one last chance to produce here. The 1 was run down by our saver last week. He didn’t bounce straight on the arm so had to work early. Can lead throughout here. The 5 is not finishing her races off once she gets there but there are a few suspect 500m dogs here so she gets one more go on the save. Race 7 No. 6 Who’s Got Cruz and No. 1 Mystify The 6 dropping back from 600m a plus here. If he can step and punch up early, he can be a major force in the run home. Only has to offset the box. The 1 will get a great run here but she needs to use it and by that, I mean push up earlier than usual. Has a great record off the inside and is very strong when wound up. Will capitalise on any trouble with these 2 favs. Place heavy for her. Race 8 No. 3 Vegas City and No. 7 Nitro Jack The 3 was very disappointing last week. Showed little out of the boxes but he’s better than that and well drawn here to turn it around. Can run time when he finds the top. The 7 has a super turn of foot and goes very fast. The last bit can sometimes test but he’s a chance to get away if he crosses cleanly here. Race 9 No. 1 Mango Salsa and No. 5 Fundamentalist The 1 is a fraction under rated in these types of races and she is boxed to give a sight here. Good middle and last section and can run into the placings here. The 5 was backed off the planet last start. She missed the start but once she found the fence she worked home solidly as usual. Will do similar here. Great EW show Race 11 No. 7 One Chance and No. 8 Pad Up Elyse If the 7 steps, the 7 wins. It’s that simple. Clearly the best dog in this race and getting a good grade drop here. Can break 16 and only has to show her usual box manners to lead all the way. Save on 8 at odds. She took a funny step at box rise last week and can do better. Small save only though as it’s chips in the 7. Race 12 No. 5 Believin’ Blade Got the job done in style for us last week. Mustered up quickly and put them away easily in the end. A repeat does the same here and just a matter of offsetting the box. Can come off the arm as well. Great EW value and shouldn’t miss the podium. ANGLE PARK Race 5 No. 6 Sunday Sip and No. 7 Aston Prince He just couldn’t quite cross last start the 6 before the winner got around him. Vacant box inside is crucial here and can spear over and lead all the way. He give a good run to the 7 as well and he’s got a super record here so far. Can run good time and will be hard to beat. Both dogs huge quotes here. Race 6 No. 4 Aston Alpha This will be his last chance here against this company. He is easily the best 600m dog in the race and needs to show it. Gets room to operate and if he finds the top this time, he won’t be for catching. Must produce. Race 8 No. 3 Aston Cade and No. 5 Runaway Lad Stunned at the prices of these dogs. The 3 can win here and he is a class performer. Will track the speed up and sticks on hard late. Should not be the quote he is. The 5 is a big smokie here. Had a long spell and came back a different dog. Only has to transfer his recent Gawler form and he will shock these with a clear run. Both super EW hopes. Race 10 No. 7 Universal Value Not that badly placed here over the shorter trip. Only has to muster up out wide and can put these away. Been racing well over the longer trip but this isn’t a hard race to win and he has been racing better dogs. Don’t dismiss here. Race 12 No. 1 Molly Blinders and No. 4 Pyrotechnic I am not convinced about this fav just yet. Not at $1.50 anyway. He takes a step or two to get going and this isn’t the race to do that. The 1 won’t give the lead up to him easily and she’s hard to get past, especially over this trip. She can give a big sight here. He also has to contend with the 4 whose best box manners will cut him in half at the start. If he happens to get the arm, this is over. Both big prices for dogs who won’t be run down if they led.
