FrankieOne Screening Posted on March 4, 2024March 20, 2026 | Posted by TABtouch TABtouch works with FrankieOne, a specialist third-party provider, to help verify customer identities securely – a standard practice in Australia. You will soon receive a secure link via SMS from VerifyID FrankieOne one behalf of TABtouch. We kindly ask you upload your identification documents as prompted to securely confirm your details.. This process is required for compliance with regulatory standards and ensures the security of your account. Please complete the verification process within the next 7 days of receiving the link to avoid any impact to your account How FrankieOne Screening works: Step 1: You’ll receive a secure link via SMS. You have 7 days to click the link – once clicked, the link is valid for 24 hours only. Step 2: Once you open the link, the welcome screen below will load. Have your identity document handy – e.g.: a driver’s license or passport. Tap ‘Start identity verification’ on this screen. Step 3: You will now be asked to consent to the collection and use of your personal and biometric information. This is for verifying your identity and is handled securely according to privacy policies. After you have navigated through the screens and ticked the box to provide consent, tap ‘Continue’. Step 4: Now it’s time to verify your identity. As you follow the process, you’ll be prompted to take photos of your ID and a selfie for biometric verification. You will need to provide camera access to complete these steps. The selfie is used to match your face to your ID photo, ensuring secure and accurate verification. Please ensure your photos are clear and your details match your ID documents. Step 5: Once you have submitted photographs of your ID and a selfie, please wait while your documents are verified, as instructed on-screen. And that’s it! You’ll see a confirmation screen now, with a success message if your identity has been verified. If not, you’ll get instructions to contact support or review your details. FAQ’S What is the purpose of this process? As part of our commitment to meeting our regulatory obligations and strengthening the security of your account, we are working with a specialist third-party – FrankieOne – to assist with updating the identity verification on your TABtouch account. I already verified my account with you when I signed up, why do I have to do it again? We appreciate it’s inconvenient, but to satisfy evolving regulatory requirements, we are progressively strengthening the verification of many of our accounts and are requesting you complete this when you can. It should only take five minutes. Will you close my account if I don’t do it? Not immediately, but it will likely affect our ability to continue to provide you with services soon if this additional verification is not completed. My verification link has expired, what can I do? Contact us on (08) 9468 1407 and we’ll get a new link sent out to you within 3 business days. Where are you keeping this information? How are you handling my data? The information shared will be used strictly for compliance purposes and will be securely handled in accordance with the relevant privacy policies.
