SPEECH IS SILVER (9) will be relying on tempo from this alley and looks set to present with an abundance of front-line speed engaged. A two-time winner his past three in FFA company that has a lethal closing sprint. MISTERFREEZE (8) has really stepped up in recent weeks that included a passing lane defeat of L L Cool J two back. He maps for the coy trip. STAR GALLERIA (1) is looking to recapture his best and arrives in Qld in search. With a smart trial, at his best from this gate he would be tough to stop. BLACKSADANCE (4) might be the one to fire the early bullets and look to get on the engine.

RACE 2

AIR TIME (8) will be sweating on The General leading and working on the scenario of that map, he comes right into this and will be stalking the speed. LETS KATCHMEIFUCAN (2) secures his opportunity from this gate after three starts for the new stable have all been in open company. Back to this grade from this alley, he looms as the obvious threat. SCOOB OPERATOR (8) should enjoy securing the cosy trip after being forced to do it the tough way last start- look for him probing. OUR MAJOR DAY (3) will be fitter from his last outing where he was fresh up and can settle close enough to be in the mix.

LE TISSIER (5) has put together a super record over the AP 2138m where he has gone five from six. A last start winner when zipping up the passing lane, there looks some good tempo for him to arrive off. THE HERVEY BAY (1) backs up from Tuesday where he was buried in the run in sloppy conditions. At his best when rolling, there is a query on his ability to burrow through and keep them wide. IT AINT THE MONEY (7) has great speed out of the machine and might just have the fuse lit here following his strong effort to take them all the way last week. BE MY ROCK (2) was a real eye-catcher first up but then never got warm here on Tuesday. The gate can help.

RACE 5

BOMBADIER JUJON (1) secures all the benefits from this gate and lands a driver that knows him well in this female driver invitation race. A smart beginner, he can look to take them all the way. SOHO SINATRA (8) was beaten by gate 12 last start when looking to make it four successive victories. Glued to the back of the 1, this looks the ideal set-up of a leader / behind leader play. THE ANNOUNCER (10) could not get into it last start after finishing in 2nd his precious two in succession but can be picking off some late metres here. ROCK BOTTOM (7) was only collared in the closing strides last start but is stung by this alley.

RACE 6

THE ROCKNROLL KING (6) will find his opposition easier for this assignment, but it looks a messy map, and the wide gate does him no favours. Not much has gone his way his past two starts and improved luck will help. OUR UNCLE JIM (5) ducked down to the markers last start when 3rd to Chasing The Wind over the 2138m. Back to the mile will be more suitable for his chances. ITS MR CLOONEY (3) is ready to win the right race and if he should happen to find the front cheaply, his stocks rise exponentially. WHICH HUNT (4) has been consistent of late with placings her past four and can be just in behind them once again.

RACE 7

GUNNA NEEDAMARGARITA (2) had her chances scuttled when starting from outside the front-line last start. With a tidy win two starts back, the gate advantage over her main rivals is a bonus. CHARM OFFENSIVE (5) powered over the top of them here three starts back and then claimed a new PB up the passing lane last start to put her right in contention here. GET READY TO ROCK (9) picked a few off last start up the passing lane and was just 1m from the winner. The right trail will help her cause.  SHEZ GOT BLING (8) is an opportunist and maps to be locked away where she can look to chime in.

RACE 8

HAMMERTIME HARLEY (9) has been tap, tap, tapping on the door of victory and was large in defeat last week after being three-wide the first 600 to the breeze and then had the temerity to only be beaten 1m. She can bang the door down. WEEWAH (3) is the query runner after two starts since crossing the Nullarbor. Tackling her own sex for the first time and with gate speed, she warrants respect. HEAVENLY WISDOM (4) will be looking to muster some early heat in search of the poles where she does her best work. BETTOR ROMANCE (6) has finished 2nd at her past three in succession and the gate makes it tough to alter her Qld maiden status.

RACE 9

HERBS HERO (8) was a beaten fav last start when unable to eat into the deficit of the leaders over the closing stages. Second line options appeal in this battle. LOMBO HEAVEN (1) will be first up from a spell here with a sound trial in slick time over the mile to prepare. The gate is an asset, and he has the speed to dictate, the concern is the 2138m. MAJORDOIT (2) claimed a midweek success here two starts back and has the gate to be in for the fight. SAM IS PERFECTION (7) has no favours from the carpark but is going well enough with a smaller field to fill the minors.

RACE 10

SIR FAHRENHEIT (6) is two from three this season and is loving the mobile conditions he faces here where his recent record shows 7: 5-2-0. Despite the tough gate, he is running hot. RED CASTLETON (4) will be first up from a spell with his last appearance when claiming the unofficial Trotters Inter Dominion Consolation. The small field suits his pattern. GARLAND GREENE (5) was asked to do it tough last start which followed a 2nd to Sir Fahrenheit. Mobile conditions suit. DOUG (3) has been up to his old tricks, but with a gate advantage can be sharper.
