Harry Buchanan’s Wednesday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on June 5, 2024June 5, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 2 No. 6 Zipping Luik and No. 1 Jungle Room First of the maiden heats and treading carefully will be the key tonight in these heats. The 6 has talent and while it’s yet to be shown in a race, enough has been shown to get around her here. Any luck and she will be in the finish. The 1 trialled ok and made strong ground in that Qual tr. Boxed to land closer and will keep finding the line to hit top two with luck. Race 3 No. 4 Now See Here The best exposed form in the race, has seen this track in a trial and will be hard to stop with a clear run. Can be awkward and tardy early but his experience will give him an edge here against these and he is hard to beat. Race 4 No. 8 Premium Star His qual was only fair beaten behind the dog in box 3 here tonight. It was his trial before that however in very fast time that gets him a go here at a stupid price. The box is his only issue. If he steps and gets around quickly into the back, none of these will stop him. It’s all about the start in this. Fast dog who will make the grade later. Race 5 No. 5 Gnarly Nala and No. 8 Corey Keeping The 5 is another who has exposed form and early speed to boot. She could find the top here and hard to reel in now. The 8 coming off a good qualifying trial but while he is better drawn in, he can still sweep around here and figure in the finish. Race 6 No. 4 Pumping Gas Will miss it and get right across to the fence again and wait for his runs to appear. Works home well and likes it here and nothing will finish this stronger. Place heavy for him. Race 8 No. 8 Cosmic Overseer Perfectly drawn and ready for 400m. Goes fast after box rise and if he finds the top here he will take a lot of catching in this. Needs to produce soon but this is his chance. Race 9 No. 3 Jet Worth Big motor but needs luck in this which he just might get off the map now the 2 is scratched. Musters up quickly and sustains a strong run home and will take some holding out of the top two spot. Race 10 No. 3 Trendy Miss Another who is mapped to go close here. Will find the fence with speedy wide runners inside her and she can work home along the fence hard. Has been a while since scoring but this is her best chance and should hit the frame with any luck at all. Race 11 No. 6 You’re Busted and No. 1 Queue Khan The 6 is enigmatic but he runs into his races well from anywhere and is good in a field with his need to chase the leader. EW prospects again are solid. The 1 was superb last week and he’s the one to beat. If he lands the arm again it’s over. Broke 17 scoring and that wins again although never started off the red is the only slight concern. THE MEADOWS Race 4 No. 4 Bun Quake Race 9 No. 5 Upon Bale Market Market
