Race 3 – No. 1  Big Stan

Had shown early promise prior to the move West, placing on debut then saluting a week later, both over 340m at Bulli. Drawn perfectly for his first local outing and should take a power of beating.

Race 6 – No. 4  Jett’s Cracker

Classy customer who has gone unplaced in just 1 of 8 over this journey. Resumed with an encouraging 3rd last start in 27.80 and should find this easier. Hard to hold out.

Race 8 – No. 7  Double Bass

Backmaker suited out wide. His most recent victory 6 starts ago was from this very draw in a solid 22.92 and while he has mixed form since, he will be winding up late and only needs to avoid bother in transit to notch up another.
