Race 4 No.2 It’s Somewhat

Egg Tart seems to be all the rage in this year’s Hill Stakes however I have a sneaking suspicion It’s Somewhat is capable of matching her and may well be the forgotten runner. They both come out of the same last start race won by the champ Winx with both clocking similar sectional splits over the final 400m. Happy to take the each-way and better value about this one from the Godolphin stable.

RACE 7 No.7 Unforgotten

Very promising mare who can take out tomorrow’s Group 1 Epsom Handicap. Closed off nicely behind Winx in her own race first up before charging home over the top of the leaders once seeing daylight in the Group 2 Chelmsford here last time out. She’s only going to improve further off that big win and with Kerrin McEvoy to do the steering can land the major prize.

RACE 9 No.11 Maximus

Good value chance in the closer tomorrow off a narrow first up defeat behind the impressive and promising Soothing from the Godolphin stable. Every chance he’ll gain a perfect run from the good draw for Tommy Berry and if that is the case will be extremely hard to hold out second up.
