Scott’s Wednesday Ascot Preview Posted on November 1, 2017 | Posted by Scott Embry Scott Embry’s Preview Race 1 BEVANDA was completely luckless last start when caught three deep on top of a hot tempo. This is winnable from the gate. JAZARI has been racing ultra consistently but may have forgotten how to win. PURE GEM is a query at the trip but has the strongest formlines by a mile. CARAZORO next best. Numbers: 5 – 3 – 4 – 6 Suggested Bet – BEVANDA EACHWAY Race 2 DON’T FUSS is the winner of two from three and drawn from barrier 7 expect him to be three deep throughout and given every chance to wind up over the top. PUCK SHAPESHIFTER has a high cruising speed which should see him in the finish. RED BANANAS won well last start at Bunbury. RIPPER RED is near on impossible to catch but talented. Numbers: 2 – 3 – 4 – 6 Suggested Bet – DON’T FUSS WIN Race 3 DISRUPTIVE finished within a length of Necklet and Arcadia Prince. Doubt many of these would see those types with a periscope. MASSAGI was caught wide throughout in a strong form race. Sharp improver here. PRIVATE DANCER should settle midfield and work home. NONNA’S JEWEL next best. Numbers: 1 – 3 – 4 – 9 Suggested Bet – DISRUPTIVE WIN Race 4 JUST LIKE THAT gets her best chance yet to break maiden status. Last time out she was shuffled a fair way back before savaging the line. BOMBARDMENT was solid at his debut in Bunbury. NOBEL SUSPECT has been disappointing on face value his last two. ROSSANA went well on debut in a strong race. Numbers: 4 – 10 – 9 – 13 Suggested Bet – JUST LIKE THAT WIN Race 5 COME ON BOARD is a leader dropping in grade who was awfully unlucky at his most recent where he tramped wide without cover for the entire trip. ON TREND was well supported late in betting last week and went mighty close. ACE’S WISH has to lump a fairly significant weight impost for her. SPECIAL DELIVERY falls into the most winnable race for him in a while. Numbers: 2 – 5 – 3 – 1 Suggested Bet – COME ON BOARD WIN SuperPick - Race 5 No. 2 COME ON BOARD - Money Back Race 6 ROJO CALOR improved out of sight at his second start this preparation in a 3 year old race which produced a stylish subsequent winner. If he found the front he takes some catching. BARRY’S RABBIT has handy form behind him from last campaign. THE BLUE NIPPER is hard to catch. FREMOND is just as good as any of these. Numbers: 6 – 1 – 2 – 5 Suggested Bet – ROJO CALOR EACHWAY Race 7 REGAL MOON won’t be any sort of price, however, she looks a pretty handy type on the rise. Her trail was excellent and no surpise to see her put on a clinic. YEAH DARDY might be a fresh only commodity because his efforts since his first-up victory have been only fair. CAPTAIN STIRLING is talented but drawn awkwardly. VEGA DIO should box seat. Numbers: 8 – 1 – 7 – 9 Suggested Bet – REGAL MOON WIN Quaddie (Races 4 – 7) 4,8,9,10 1,2,3,5 1,2,4,5,6 8 Bet Now
