RACE 1 No.1 Jetsonic

Terrific effort here first up over the 1050m trip running on from last to beat all bar the winner who raced up on the pace in a leisurely run affair. That was off the back of a tidy trial performance in Open company also here. The step up to 1200m tomorrow appears ideal as does the barrier which we see him a lot closer in the run. The claim of 3kg is simply an added bonus!

RACE 5 No.15 Khalama

Ex NSW mare who looked very good at her first 3 starts this campaign (winning twice) before nothing went her way here a fortnight back. She was also found to be suffering from heart/respiratory issues suggesting her effort to be beaten less than 5 lengths was a good one. Tomorrow she strikes a race with plenty of pace which will suit her pattern, look for her to be storming home.

RACE 6 No.15 Rancho Montoya

Lightly raced 3yo taking on the older horses for the first time which although never an easy task it’s one he looks well up to. Bred to get over ground he’ll relish the step up to 1600m & figures to park closer in the run aided by a good draw. He’s always had a bit of a wrap on him & can hopefully start living up to it starting tomorrow.
