Chris’ Rosehill Best Bets Posted on June 29, 2017 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 3 No. 2 I’ll Fly Away Darren Weir trained galloper who is steadily making her way home after a short campaign in Brisbane in which she wound up just behind the placegetters on each occasion. Both efforts were good though making ground from the back of the field in races run in slick overall time. The step up to 1900m looks ideal tomorrow as she has won up to 2040m in the past. Go close. SuperPick - Race 3 No. 2 I’ll Fly Away - Money Back – Run 2nd RACE 7 No. 8 Sir Bacchus Chris Waller trained galloper who looks all set to break through tomorrow at his fourth run back from a break. He’s basically had nothing go his way all three runs this campaign and drops back slightly in distance to the 1350m tomorrow off a 4 week break. Down further in the weights he should prove tough to beat. RACE 8 No. 4 Princefamous Team Snowden galloper who resumes from a break tomorrow holding a very solid first up record having won 3 of his 4 attempts to date with one of those being last prep off the back of two trials. Similar pattern this time in having had two trials which have yielded a win and placing leading into tomorrow’s race. With Hugh Bowman to do the steering off a good draw he’ll be up in the firing line from the outset and prove very hard to get by in the straight.
