Michael McDermott’s Weekend Preview Posted on November 18, 2016November 28, 2016 | Posted by Michael McDermott Mandurah Friday 18th November 2016 Race 4 – No. 4 Yunderup Dozer Race 6 – No. 8 Hello I’m Leo — SuperPick Profit Plus (Win) Race 10 – No. 2 Starlight Venus Bet Now Cannington Saturday 19th November 2016 Race 7 – No 3. Olivia Benson Very handy stayer who performed admirably when sent over east, placing in a heat and final of the Group 3 Chairman’s Cup in September. She then ran 2nd in a Sydney Cup heat when venturing across again a month later before finding bother in the Final and finishing at the rear. She was brilliant when returning here earlier this month, obliterating a country line up over the shorter 520m. If she finds the front then they’ll have a tough time running her down again tonight. Race 8 – No. 8 West On Jill She’s not one to win out of turn but her last couple of runs have really caught the eye in much stronger line ups than this. She’s not the best of beginners but looks suited by this draw and if she can stay out of trouble in running, she is more than capable of finishing over the top of these at juicy odds. Definite Each Way chance in this line up. Race 9 – No. 2 Shell Shocked — SuperPick Profit Plus (Win) WA Derby winner who will strip fitter for a first up 5th in a Young Stars Classic heat last week. He’ll find this much easier tonight and his chances are increased with slow beginners either side of him from the perfect draw. If he rolls to the top then he has a massive chance of cracking the 30 second barrier for the first time in his career.
