Race 3 – No. 8  Mearle Gundi

Has been finishing off his races nicely over the shorter 405m in both runs to date. The extra journey will suit and so will the smaller field.

Race 5 – No. 7  Oriental Owen

Unbeaten in two runs so far in WA with wins at Cannington over shorter. Loves a wide draw and is a 6 time winner in NSW over a similar trip to this. Must be considered.

Race 10 – No. 8  Sudoku Warrior

Impressed with an all the way MDN win here 3 back before a couple of handy placings behind some smart ones in the making since. Has the early pace to overcome the wide draw and is a strong chance of topping the podium in the last.
