Race 1

BY ROYAL COMMAND (6) was very good in winning here last Sunday and looks hard to beat again, can head forward and just keep on going, has a real good relationship with Abbey Vidovich as he is 3 from 3 and looking to continue the form. IT IS CRUNCH TIME (8) looks the main danger, and this is a drop in grade on his most recent run, he has versatility, go close. ROCKY MAGUIRE (5) will likely head forward and if he leads, he will probably take cover again and run into the money. INTO THE FUTURE (9) will be running on from the back of the field, benefitted by following a handy runner into it. FILLMYPOCKET (4) a place hope.

Suggested Bet: BY ROYAL COMMAND (6) to win.

Race 2

Looks likely to see some speed on here with HOT CINDER (1), BOLD JACKIE (2), CHERRY ON THE CAKE (3) and BOBBY WATERHOUSE (5) all heading forward. Could set up nicely for a swooper if they go too hard early, FOLLOW THE MUSIC (6) can sit back and will be running home strongly and hasn’t been too far away. MISTA EDITORIAL (8) is suited by the early speed and fitter for the first up effort and drops in grade, can improve sharply here. BOBBY WATERHOUSE (5) has elevated in recent runs and can do the work and stick on again. CHERRY ON THE CAKE (3) would be very hard to beat if she can find the top quickly. BOLD JACKIE (2) I think can be an improver second up and must be included in your novelties.

Suggested Bet: FOLLOW THE MUSIC (6) each way.

Race 3

Open race. AMERICAN MONARCH (8) is ready to win again, she has good closing speed and there looks to be enough speed on to suit her turn of foot, had to go a touch early at Narrogin and ran out of puff. KEPTAIN COURAGEOUS (1) can’t get too involved early and will be wanting to no further back than 3 the pegs and he will be getting home well. POCKETFUL OF OPALS (2) has speed and will be fitter, she was chasing a hot tempo last time out and found it difficult, could improve sharply here. MAJOR CLASS (3) is mixing his form; his best is good enough. TUX AND TAILS (4) has won 50% of his 22 races at this track, tricky draw. VINTAGE BLU (5) and BETTOR HAVE FAITH (6) will both be charging home and look ready to run big races. SHES A MARE (7) could have traffic problems.

Suggested Bet: AMERICAN MONARCH (8) to win.

Race 4

LIQUIDATOR (3) has good early speed and looks the likely leader, distance suits and last run was solid enough to suggest a good run here, go close. HES THUNDER (7) needs some luck from the draw but wasn’t a bad debut for the stable recently in a race that wasn’t run to suit. COURAGE OF LOMBO (5) and SHES A LUCKY PENNY (6) are both speedy and distance suits but with the quick beginner’s underneath that makes it more difficult. TEMPT THE STARS (9) debuts for the in-form Jeremy Thornton stable and the pace could suit, expect him to be getting home well.

Suggested Bet: LIQUIDATOR (3) to win.

Race 5

HEEZ A VIBE (6) will be charging out and looking for the top, looks the one to beat as he looks likely to get across to the lead and his form has been first class as of late. TWOBOB CRACKER (4) is a likely improver as he drops in grade, his last couple have been below where he was 8 weeks ago. LOCH TAY (7) needs some luck but is ready to win, will be running on with even luck. PRINCESS KATIE (5) drops in grade, but she has had some tough runs recently, looks more of a novelty chance in this. EYE BETTER (1) and FLEUR DU MAQUIS (8) both novelty chances.

Suggested Bet: HEEZ A VIBE (6) to win.

Race 6

I LIKE WHAT I SEE (4) makes her race debut for Michael Young and off the back of her previous two runs she looks incredibly hard to beat in this, can do work and has the high speed required late to play a serious role. ALEXANDRA THEGREAT (6) is ready to win but the draw is awkward, she has been versatile as of late and does race well at this track. ISAIDBOO (8) is racing well, will be sitting back and waiting for the moment to strike. THE RIGHTEOUS (1) is fitter and a place chance from the draw with THE WHIZZER (2) and BREWERY LANE (9).

Tips: 4 6 8 1

Suggested Bet: I LIKE WHAT I SEE (4) to win.

Race 7

GOGGINS (10) is in top form and has a good turn of foot, looks set to go toe to toe with ELEGANT EAGLE (9) in a tactical battle and both look likely to run top 2 in this event. Both horses have the form on the board and will run bold races. HURRICANEHOPE (4) is likely to improve in this grade and can be driven forward, could run well and surprise. MAJOR BUZZ (7) has the nice draw to follow speed and if the gaps come, he will be running into a top 4 spot. SAVE THIS DANCE (5) and MUMMAS LITTLE STAR (6) are novelty chances, but the former is more likely as he can do some work. STRAUNYS SISTER (1) at her best can feature in the novelties but isn’t at her best yet.
