Race 1

SOMETHING CERTAIN (8) is dropping in grade nicely and is pacing a lot smoother, looks a strong chance to swoop them and win this, hard to beat. ROCKSTAR QUALITY (10) closed off strongly last time out and looks to further improve and could be dangerous. SAMMY SUFFARELL (1) creates interest on debut in the West. INTERNAL WAVES (3) has good early speed and was bold in her most recent run, novelty chance. STRAUNYS SISTER (4) is consistent and won’t be too far away. SAVE THIS DANCE (9) next best in terms of novelty chances.

Race 2

LIGHTFOOT LEIGH (6) is dropping from Friday grade where he hit the line strongly, he will need a few things to go right in this race but looks awfully hard to hold out with his versatility. CARA DIANA (1) is nicely drawn and has been racing consistently, won’t be too far away. KOLISI (10) can do work in his races and must be respected as he can watch things unfold early. LIQUIDATOR (7) nicely drawn, novelty chance as she is mixing her form. SANFORD HARRY (3) returns and is capable when right. TEMPT THE STARS (4) is a novelty chance with LETS ROCK TONIGHT (9).

Suggested Bet: LIGHTFOOT LEIGH (6) to win.

Race 3

I LIKE WHAT I SEE (3) was a gutsy win last time out and can do the work again in this and should run a strong race, wouldn’t want to be diving in too short but appears hard to beat. HOT CINDER (1) has the nice draw and has the speed to lead early and has options. PHILTHEJUG (2) can be driven in a forward manner and could run a bold race. LOCAL RESIDENT (5) can bounce back but the draw is awkward. IM ROCKIN ROD (7) trialled up well and has a soft draw and is a novelty chance. TUX AND TAILS (9) capable but the draw is tricky.

Suggested Bet: I LIKE WHAT I SEE (3) to win.

Race 4

Open race. DOUSEEME (6) has strings to her bow and appears hard to hold out and with the wide-open variety of the race there could be a genuine tempo to suit. GET YA BETS ON (1) hit the line soundly on return and has the nice draw, can improve further and be included into your novelties. ITSOKTOBEGREY (4) is on the quick backup and has elevated in recent runs, keep safe here. STRAUNY (10) can be put into the race at any stage and stick on well. YOUR GRACE (9) is racing well and will be closing off strongly. OUR MAJOR JACK (2) a novelty chance with SKIPPIN CLASS (7) who is ideally drawn.

Race 5

AKOYA PEARL (8) is dropping from WA Oaks company and looks hard to beat here, she has gone from strength to strength and looks hard to beat. ISEEUBABY (7) is talented and has a lovely trailing draw, has good closing speed and will look dangerous at various stages. DOTTIES IMPACT (1) won well on debut but bumps into a couple of good ones so this will be a good test. CAPTAIN PAPRIKA (4) has run well in recent efforts, looks a novelty chance. SHES ALL GO (10) and MONTERIO (9) is next best.

Suggested Bet: AKOYA PEARL (8) to win.

Race 6

BOGART (5) is a talented type on return and has the draw advantage over his main rival, looks hard to beat. CEE DEE THREE (9) is coming back off a freshen up and is highly talented for a race of this nature, will be in the top 2. GOGGINS (8) will be running on, and he is holding good consistency at this stage. CRETACEOUS (10) is fitter but must overcome a tough draw, looks more of a novelty chance with DAWSON SHARD (4).

Tips: 5 9 8 10

Suggested Bet: BOGART (5) to win.

Race 7

ELEPHANT ROCK (3) has put together some solid performance and has the draw advantage over some of his main rivals; with a bit of early speed, he could charge across and play a major part in this race. HES THUNDER (9) is racing well and can-do work in his races, won’t be far away. SUB MARINER (5) is getting closer to a win, can do some work in his races and stick on, also has good early speed. SWANBOURNE SPUNK (8) will be running on and should be fitter for the first up assignment. DEKLA DIVA (1) is a mixed bag, can be placed with GO HOME JO (4) who lacks tactical speed early so that makes her life a lot harder. SANFORD BART (6) needs luck from the draw but is racing soundly in an open race he still has claims.
