RACE 2 No. 5 Girl In A Million

Very speedy filly who comes up against a few other pacy types however in her favour is the coveted inside gate which ensures she’ll find the front early on. All four runs this time in have been in stronger grade bar the first up win at Toowoomba where she canted home being eased down well before the line. Beaten only by the winner her past couple in Saturday Metro grade she’ll find this far more suitable.

RACE 3 No. 1 Locus

Lightly raced galloper from the Toby Edmonds yard who was heavily backed here last start when straight to the front before bounding right away in the straight to waltz in by over 5 lengths. He should be further improved at only his third run back from a break here and won’t be concerned by the step up to 1350m. Should lead and win once again.

RACE 4 No. 1 Dapper One

Appeared very unlucky at the Sunshine Coast last start being held up for clear running most of the straight. Once she saw daylight she zipped to the line however the leader had stolen too big a break and was impossible to run down. She’ll gain the right run from a good alley tomorrow and with an ounce of luck on her side this time around can make amends.
