Gold Coast 12 March – Throughbreds Preview Posted on March 11, 2016 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 2 No.4 Spot The Diff John Zielke is having a great run with his youngsters at the moment and this recent first up winner looks all set to carry on that trend tomorrow. He cruised home when winning fresh at the Sunshine Coast which followed a very impressive trial placing when never out of first gear. Figures to gain a good run from the gate and will park on or right behind the speed. From there will be very hard to hold out in the straight. RACE 4 No.6 Subsolar Lightly raced Chris Anderson trained filly who looks a big chance to break through tomorrow. Probably a run short when 4th here two starts back before another solid effort from the back of the field here last time out. The step up to 1800m looks very suitable and from a good gate Glen Colless should be able to give her the run of the race. Looks terrific each-way value. RACE 8 No.10 Tan Tat Diamond Steve O’Dea trained galloper who really does look very close to a win. Finished close up at Doomben two starts back over 1350m before back to the 1200m same track last week running on solidly from the back of the field. The rise to 1400m is ideal for him tomorrow and he is another who appears a real value chance.
