RACE 1 NO. 6 MATTY’S CHOICE

MATTY’S CHOICE should be breaking through for his maiden victory in this opening race of the program. He worked home nicely at his most recent start and the step to a mile should suit.

RACE 4 NO.3 BANANA BOY

With the cancellation of the Dongara meeting on Saturday Geraldton will host this year’s Dongara Cup. This should really suit BANANA BOY whose last look at the track produced a strong win. This race doesn’t appear a great deal stronger and he does appear to have a class edge on most of his rivals.

RACE 8 NO. 4 ASTRAPI

ASTRAPI has been a model of consistency all season and she gets her chance for a much deserving break through win. She drops 2.5kg on her last start effort and has drawn to get the run of the race.
