Chris’s Doomben Predictions Posted on May 20, 2016May 23, 2016 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 3 No. 11 Archives Godolphin runner who looks a very nice type in the making. Put in a couple of solid trials before the debut outing at Rosehill where settled nice and handy early on. Unfortunately he struck the inside rail prior to the turn losing a length or so, just off the bit and chasing into the straight before hitting the line in good fashion late. He can run very well tomorrow. RACE 5 No. 4 Artlee Muswellbrook trained galloper who looks nicely placed tomorrow. Put in a slashing run here two back in the Victory Stakes running on powerfully from last before missing the start a length in the BTC Cup here last week which did his chances no good at all in a hot Group 1 field. Back in grade here, nicely weighted and drawn to race handily. Looks the one! RACE 8 No. 6 Sir Bacchus Cracking race for the 3yo’s however this gelding from the Chris Waller yard has been nothing but impressive both wins this time in. He settled last first up before sticking to the inside and quickly picking up his rivals in the straight racing away to score authoritatively, second up charged home right over the leader late. The step up to 1350m is ideal. Best Bet Race 5 No.4 Artlee Best Value Race 8 No.6 Sir Bacchus Quaddie 50% 1, 4, 10 3, 6, 11 1, 2, 5 4, 6, 16 Bet Now
