Chris Nelson’s Rosehill Best Bets Posted on December 6, 2019 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Best Bets RACE 1 No.7 Sancy Team Snowden produce a first starter in this race who has been to the trials twice for as many wins. She’s a nicely bred I Am Invincible filly from a Group 3 winning mare who was a very speedy type. The stable don’t win trials all that often however when they do they are generally with horses ready to go fresh, she’s a definite market watch. Race 2 No.3 Statuesquely Waterhouse/Bott trained mare placed all three runs back from a beak and likely to prove very hard to beat tomorrow. As is the norm with the stable she’ll roll forward and likely control the tempo stepping up in distance from the 1500m to 1800m trip tomorrow which is a distance she has placed over. Expect her to prove extremely tough to run down. Race 8 No.9 Burning Crown Fairly lightly raced galloper from the Sue Grills stable out at Tamworth who can make it three consecutive wins tomorrow. He settled on the speed and bolted in two back before taken to Newcastle last time out when leading throughout.
