RACE 1  No.5 Count Cumani

Another Highway, another Matt Dunn runner and very likely another winner! Just takes a run to hit his straps this one which was the case at Ipswich first up although not far away. He ran some tidy races last campaign including a solid 5th here in a similar type affair. Sharpened up with a recent trial following the fresh run I’m expecting him to go very close.

RACE 4  No.2 Astoria

Narrowly beaten by Levendi in the lead up to the Derby (Tulloch Stakes) before running into all sorts of trouble in the Derby when k’od down near the rail with the jock sitting up from the 300m mark not riding this one out at all. Take that run out of his form and he has better credentials than most looking a huge chance to make amends tomorrow. Stick with him!

RACE 9  No.7 Osborne Bulls

Not hard to find however he does look extremely well placed once again and we might all be searching for a winner by this stage of the day! He’s won 6 of 8 and was unlucky when held up at Kembla two starts back suggesting his record could be near perfect. He’ll have most of the country riding him home and should get the job done.
