Chris Nelson’s Eagle Farm Best Bets Posted on September 20, 2019 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Best Bets RACE 3 No.1 Profit Unbeaten gelding from the Anderson/Heathcote yard who rated through the roof winning here a fortnight back. His debut win coming from the back in a leisurely run race was good in itself however last time he sat wide yet still proved too strong in a race which returned very quick time. The 1600m won’t prove an issue tomorrow suggesting he can go on his winning way. RACE 7 No.3 Enterprise Prince Another lightly raced type who put in a cracking run at Doomben last Saturday when rattling home late into 3rd placing behind the speedster Langhro in slick time. Racing on the fence from his inside draw he couldn’t gain clear running until too late in the straight, had the gap come sooner he would have made the finish an interesting one. Any repeat of that has him winning this. RACE 8 No.2 Kubis Cracking clash in this race predominantly between this and the other in-form galloper Looks Like Elvis. Kubis comes up with gate one (at a tricky starting point) and will clearly be in front of his main rival who draws wide and very awkwardly. There really shouldn’t be much between the pair pricewise however there is and at the odds currently available this one appears way overs. Quaddie 2, 7 3, 4, 6 2, 5, 9 3, 7, 11 Market Market
