Michael McDermott’s Cannington Wednesday Tips Posted on July 5, 2017 | Posted by Michael McDermott Race 4 – No. 4 Waterloo Monelli Well-bred chaser who has been trialling well in the lead up to his debut. He didn’t have much luck in his only trial at this track last week but still kept chasing strongly and powered right through and beyond the finishing line. With that experience of his first look of the track under his belt, he should go mighty close to winning first up. Race 6 – No. 4 Skipper’s Ticket SuperPick Profit Plus 20% (Place) Not the best of beginners but he has produced a couple of dominating victories over the 490m at Mandurah in recent weeks when rounding up his rivals with ease and winning by 5 lengths in each. Tougher tonight but he will be hard to hold out if he is sitting close enough on the home turn. Race 12 – No. 4 Skyther Monelli Another who has posted a couple of handy back to back wins down at Mandurah over the 490m. He will find this a bit easier than he did when last seen here in town and must be considered the one to beat despite the rise in class. Bet Now!
