Race 1

Strong maiden to start the day. ACID WASH hit the line strongly on debut recording some of the best closing sectionals of the day. REWARDS AND MORE has been jumping out in good style for his debut. HALVAR has been kept fresh for this since working home well on debut. GLOWLIGHT is fit, consistent and Ginger ‘n’ Pink enhanced the form from her latest run at Caulfield last Saturday.

Suggested Bet: Acid Wash to win

Race 2

CELESTIAL STORM has jumped out well to resume and has been competitive in stronger races than this. ACCENDING impressed winning in a small field on debut and looks progressive. LAZY SUSAN is fit and racing well. MERE MORSEL is another that looks progressive following his last start maiden victory.

Suggested Bet: Celestial Storm each way

Race 3

JOSEYLIN should be close to her top third up, she’s a winner down the straight and the form through her last run has held up well. INNOCENT ENUFF is fit, consistent and appears suited around this trip. SANS DOUTE had excuses last time and gets a claim for an in-form apprentice. ARCTIC FAIRY has jumped out well to resume.

Suggested Bet: Joseylin to win

Race 4

ROTOKURA has thrived since being kept to shorter tips and has jumped out ok to resume. THE RELUCTANT STAR had trialled well going to his debut victory and is open to further improvement. WALLENDA won his maiden in good style last time is also open to improvement third up. ENTREMET and FREAK OF NATURE have claims in an even contest.

Suggested Bet: Rotokura each way

Race 5

MISS ICELANDIC has been consistent this prep an should get a nice run just off the speed. RICH LOVER is racing well and will make his own luck. VIENNA VIXEN is another is good form and is drawn to follow the speed and be strong late. LEDECKY’S DREAM has been kept fresh and will ride the speed. CHESTER WARRIOR will appreciate firmer ground than last start.

Suggested Bet: Numbers 10,9,11,12  & 7 for the quaddie

Race 6

MORNINGTON GLORY is fit, racing well and will be strong late over 1100m. DAILY BULGLE comes through the same race as Mornington Glory, he’ll strip fitter second up and will also be strong late. LUNA CAT is in good form and gets some weight relief with the claim. FLYING CONCELLO and THE REAL THING have jumped out well.

Suggested Bet: Mornington Glory to win

Race 7

Competitive race despite the relatively small field. NAJEM SUHAIL races well down the straight and on limited vision from a recent jumpout appears to be in typically sharp order. MALKOVICH also races well down the straight and will strip fitter second up. HALVORSEN is a straight track specialist and chased well behind Najem Suhail at his last start.  KATSU appeared to jump out ok behind Najem Suhail and generally fires first up. GENERATION and RICH FORTUNE have a case.
