NEVERMINDTHECHAOS (11) has won four of her last five starts and had excuses in the defeat. She is drawn to settle just behind the speed and should prove hard to beat again. BETTOR GET IT ON (2) faced the breeze and beat a similar field at her last start and should fight out the finish. THE AMBER HARE (4) was a game 2nd to NEVERMINDTHECHAOS (11) at her second run back from a spell and should be close to her top now. CHERISHTHEMEMORIES (1) has been unplaced at her last four starts but can lead a give a sight tonight.

Race 2

STEEL THE SHOW (3) finished 2nd to Copy That in 1.52.3 at his last start in New Zealand and led throughout for an effortless win at his Australian debut. He goes up slightly in class tonight but is clearly the one to beat. ONESMARTFELLA (10) ran on well to cause a minor upset here last week and will enjoy a soft run on the pegs. HENGHENG (2) races best when up on the speed and can play a part here. ROCK ME OVER (1) has been placed in three of his last four starts and can be in the money from the pole.

Race 3

RAGAZZO MACH (4) raced without luck in stronger company before having a freshen up and will be hard to beat here if anywhere near his best. TALKS UP A STORM (1) tends to mix his form but he led throughout here last week and should lead and give great sight again tonight. TENZING BROMAC (7) has won 12 of his 22 career starts but he has been battling awkward barriers of late and faces the same challenge tonight. IMA FIVESTAR GENERAL (2) has run eye-catching 2nds at his two starts this time in and can play a part here.

Race 4

GLENLEDI CHIEF (5) is absolutely flying and has won his last two starts after facing the breeze against similar line-ups. He loves the longer trip and appeals as the one to beat. MINSTREL (7) is the best horse in the event and will be right in the finish if he can produce his effort from the Fremantle Cup when 2nd to Might Ronaldo. SANGUE REALE (1) has disappointed at his last two starts but can bounce back from the pole draw tonight. HAMPTON BANNER (3) hasn’t been able to lead and win against this company over this trip but will give a sight if he crosses.

Race 5

STREET HAWK (4) is drawn outside his main rivals but is the class horse of the field and looks the one to beat. IFEEL SIKDARL (2) has been impressive in winning two of his last three starts in weaker company and is drawn to be right in the finish here. ALCOPONY (3) looks likely to enjoy a lovely run in transit and is capable of upsetting the favoured pair if there is a solid tempo. MISTER MONTBLANC (10) is likely to settle three back on the pegs and can be placed if he sees daylight at the right time.

Race 6

DONT BOTHER ME NONE (4) looked back to something like his best form when a dominant winner from the breeze here last week and looks the one to beat on that effort despite the rise in class. PRADASON (1) led throughout from this draw two starts back and should lead and give a great sight again. WALSH (2) is drawn to get lovely run behind the speed and can be dangerous at good each way odds. ELDAYTONA (6) is getting back to his best form but has a tough draw to overcome.

Race 7

TWOBOB CRACKER (1) has only been placed once in six attempts at this trip but he drops considerably in class and will be hard to beat if he can hold up at the start. VALBONNE (7) has looked a bit lacklustre at his last two starts but can improve considerably against this line-up. PIERRE WHITBY (6) isn’t suited by the sprint trip but will be running on if there is a solid tempo. THE KRAKEN (9) is another who drops a long way in class but he does his best racing when he can be close to the speed.

Race 8

FLY TO FAME (1) was a solid 2nd to AUGUST MOON (4) at her first run back from a spell before beating a weaker field at Northam and should give a great sight from the pole tonight. AUGUST MOON (4) was an impressive winner against a similar field at her last start but is drawn outside her main rivals tonight. CABSAV (3) finished just behind the favoured pair at her last start and can turn the tables with the right run in transit. IMAHERO (2) doesn’t have the class of most of her rivals but shouldn’t be far away from this draw.

Suggested Bet: FLY TO FAME (1) to win.

Race 9

SHADOW ROLL (2) has only been placed once in his eight starts this time in but he looks a good chance to find the front here and be a big improver. CARRERA MACH (7) has been placed in four of his past six starts in stronger fields and looks the obvious danger. ROCKNROLL ELLIOT (3) isn’t racing well but has the hood added tonight and he would win this at his best. BE ON GUARD (4) is the next best.
